Part Time Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller needed
Fixed Term contract 12months
Monday to Friday, 22.5 hours (4.5 hours a day)
Hybrid remote working

Our client based in Chatham is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant/Credit Controller to join the dynamic team on a part time basis
Duties-
* Dealing with customer queries via phone and email
* Actively chasing customers for aged invoices
* Arranging payment plans with customers
* Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships
* Raising customer credit notes
* Providing management with key reports
* Querying processes to challenge improvements
Your personal attributes-
* Great communication and collaboration skills working with business stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail & Highly organised
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Empathetic and authentic
* Inquisitive and interested, career-driven
* Have good knowledge of Microsoft products
