The Best Connection, are recruiting on behalf of client for the position of Factory Operator working on Wax Assembly Line. The ideal candidate for this role will have previous manufacturing experience.

**About the Role

As a Factory Operative in the Wax Assembly department, you will be responsible for the assembly of wax runner systems in preparation for Ceramic Shell Line processing. This hands-on role involves working with tools such as hot knives, hot plates, flames, craft knives, and band saws.

Key Responsibilities

Production:

-Assemble wax runner systems following Technique Cards and Works Instructions.
-Perform manual handling tasks.
-Operate band saws to cut wax bars to required specifications.

Data Recording:

-Use the Aventa touch screen system to accurately record production data.
-Ensure job cards are correctly completed and maintained.

Health & Safety:

-Always use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
-Understand and adhere to department-specific COSHH assessments and Material Safety Data Sheets.
-Maintain awareness of Risk Assessments and follow Safe Systems of Work guidelines.

Other Duties:

-Keep the department clean and tidy in line with housekeeping standards.
