An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients as a Permanent Front Desk Receptionist in their Creative offices in London.

Reporting to the Reception Manager you will be responsible for:

* Handling all reception and administrative duties
* Meeting and greeting visitors
* Answering and redirecting phone calls
* Managing mail
* Marketing spare office units within the building
* Showing premises to prospective tenants
* Updating social media
* Basic building management
* Any other ad hoc duties as and when required

To be considered for this role you will need:

* Excellent organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Good interpersonal skills

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
