Job Information

Our client who is a leading Lloyds broker is looking for a graduate or an experienced contracts analyst to join their expanding team in the Chelmsford, Essex office. The purpose of the role is to support the brokers by ensure appropriate agreements are in place to allow free flow of business transactions.



Main Duties:

* Draft, negotiate and manage TOBAs (terms of business agreements) and analysing them to spot errors and help in fixing them.
* Contract administration
* Maintain accurate records of agreements and publish them.
* Assist the standard terms of business team with questions and renegotiations.
* Build and maintain relationships with trading partners and internal teams.



Essential Skills Required:

* Experience reading and/or reviewing contracts
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail
* Good IT skills and willingness to learn new systems.
* Strong analytical skills



Desirable:

* Similar previous experience such as law, compliance, contract negotiations, financial crime or analyst.
* Knowledge of KYC and Lloyds of London Markets.
* Strong Insurance knowledge



What you need to know:

* Permanent role
* Based in Chelmsford
* Salary between £28,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience
