Credit Control Administrator | Canterbury – Hybrid | 22K
Are you looking for a step into the finance industry? Our client is seeking to add a highly organised Credit Control administrator to their extremely busy team in the Canterbury area. The role will be hybrid working after the probation period.
Responsibilities:
• Providing full admin support to the Credit Control team
• Posting cash to the sales ledger to ensure it is allocated on time
• Management of debt exposure
• Taking inbound calls & logging queries
• Issuing weekly query reports
• Interaction with Sales Order Processing
• Completing KPI’s for including in monthly CC reports
• Ensuring accuracy of data to enable effective review of credit limits
• Ad hoc support to the business
Requirements:
• Administrative experience
• Good attention to detail
• Highly organised
• Good communicator
• Excellent customer service
• Flexibility in adapting to a fasted paced business
