Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance to private clients on a range of matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and tax planning.
- Draft and review legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
- Assist clients in the administration of estates, including probate and estate distribution.
- Handle property transactions, including buying and selling residential properties.
- Advise clients on family law matters such as divorce, child custody, and prenuptial agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to private client matters.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
- Experience in private client law, including wills, trusts, and estate planning.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional client service.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
