Job Summary:
They are seeking a skilled and qualified Housing Solicitor to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing clients in court, and handling various legal matters.

Duties:
- Provide expert legal advice to clients
- Represent clients in court proceedings
- Draft legal documents such as contracts, wills, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients

Skills:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills:
- Qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Sound knowledge of UK law and legal procedures
