Background of department/role

The Clinical Audit Project Manager for Practice Learning will engage with audits across the placement provision and support the School of Nursing to manage and enhance the practice learning experience from the information gathered.
The role requires a clear understanding of the skills and knowledge required to support digitally enabled, compassionate and safe practitioners to care for patients in a changing health and social care landscape. The successful applicant will understand the needs of employers and align this to support NHS Long Term Workforce Plan.

To be successful in this role you will be confident in managing audit cycles and recognise the importance of compliance in an educational setting.

You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to act as an ambassador for the University internally and externally. Additionally, you will need to work under pressure and meet key performance indicators identified through strategic planning.
