Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
- Lead and mentor a team warehouse staff, providing guidance and ensuring a productive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise supply chain processes and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement safety protocols and best practices to ensure a secure and compliant work environment.
- Monitor and analyse warehouse metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
