The Role

The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Data Executive will maintain and develop the customer database. This will include the delivery of change requests and data projects to support the evolution of CRM activities. The CRM Data Executive will contribute to designing the selection criteria of customers who receive marketing and other communications from LeShuttle, and in addition will accurately extract and format data from the CRM database.
This role will involve analysing the results of data-driven campaigns and provide post-campaign analysis to the wider business. Further to this, there is an emphasis on continuously improving communication with customers and how customer data is stored, to create a truly customer-centric data strategy. The CRM Data Executive will contribute to the planning of all marketing activities, whilst ensuring compliance with data rules and regulations.

Principal Accountabilities, Qualifications and Experience
• Support the management of the customer database, taking into account both the day-to-day maintenance as well as longer term development.
• A focus on CRM data and data infrastructure dependencies to maintain and develop data quality, data processes and data development projects.
• The management of daily data processes, including data cleansing, merging customer records, database refreshes, uploads, transfers to and from other system dependencies and integrations.
• Investigation and resolution of data related issues and queries, working with internal teams as well as external agencies and technology partners for input and support.
• To support the Senior Data Analyst with the delivery of data projects required for the customer database. This includes day to day requests and job tickets, change requests and modifications, data and database development roadmap for CRM team, and other customer database development and wider projects required within the business.
• Undertake User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production testing, validation and Quality Control (QC).
• Work with the CRM team to analyse data, and design and supply intelligent data selections for marketing and operational communications.
• Ensure that all marketing activities are inputted into the Project Management tool and assigned to the relevant teams. In addition, oversee all shared documents that aid the smooth running and efficiency of projects within the Marketing Department.
• Analyse the results of marketing campaigns, working with the CRM team to report to the wider business on a monthly basis.
• Support the planning process of marketing campaigns with data analysis, and provide a strategic viewpoint to the Campaigns team to facilitate a fully-informed marketing plan.
• Develop and manage the implementation of a contact strategy, to be applied to all customer communication.
• Use of Salesforce to configure features, assign and manage users and permissions.
• Any other duties and projects as directed by the CRM Manager.
• Educated to a Degree level.
• Digital or IT Qualification.
• Knowledge of SQL would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Power BI would be desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
• The ability to communicate in French and/or another European language would be desirable, but is not essential.
