The Role

Reporting directly to the Partnerships Manager, the Partnerships Executive plays a pivotal role in the development, execution, and management of our partnerships, with a focus on partner engagement, development, and retention. The role contributes significantly to enhancing the overall brand experience, driving revenue, and supporting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Loyalty initiatives. Operating within a highly commercial and target-driven environment, the Partnerships Executive works towards acquiring and nurturing long-term strategic partnerships that generate substantial revenue growth.

Principal Accountabilities, Qualifications and Experience
Partnership Identification and Development
• Conduct market research to identify potential local/international partners aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and expansion goals.
• Contribute to expanding and the management of the portfolio of joint activities undertaken with partners.
Negotiation and Agreement
• Support in negotiating partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutual benefits with clearly defined goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Finance and Operations to review and finalise partnership agreements and any associated processes.
Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
• Act as the primary point of contact for partner communications, to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Strategic Planning
• Support the delivery of the partnership strategy, in alignment with the Company’s business objectives and the team’s objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of partnerships into overall business plans.
Metrics and Analytics
• Regularly track, analyse, and report on the performance of partnership activities measured against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Use data insights to optimise and improve existing partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Digital, Customer Engagement Hub (CEH), and other teams to ensure the cohesive execution of partnership initiatives.
• Provide internal stakeholders with regular updates on partnership activities.
Problem Solving
• Address challenges and obstacles which may arise during the partnership lifecycle.
• Develop solutions to enhance the effectiveness of partnership activities.
Communication
• Develop marketing materials and presentations to support partnership initiatives that are presented internally and externally.
• Any other duties and projects as directed by the Partnerships Manager and Director of Strategic Partnerships.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s Degree or MBA would be an advantage.
• Ideally, a recognised marketing qualification, such as CIM, IDM.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of the travel industry would be desirable.
• Experience in and a proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing partnerships.
• The ability to communicate in French and/or another European language would be desirable but is not essential.
