Soft Services Manager
Job Information
Our client, a Facilities Management company have an immediate vacancy for a permanent Soft Services Manager to join their busy team.
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:
* Budget management
* Team meetings
* HR, Specifically performance management, disciplinaries and grievances
* Stakeholder and shareholder meetings
* Processing Time-sheets and assisting with payroll experience
To be considered for this you will need experience of:
* BICs knowledge and applicable training
* CAFM Systems IE Concept, Maximo, QFM
* P & L
