1 week in 4 on call out of hours

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance contractor working throughout Kent.

You'll be working in occupied and void residential properties carrying out compliant repairs, maintenance and installation works.

What you need:

* City & Guilds / NVQ
* CSCS card
* Full UK driving licence
* Happy to be available on call out of hours 1 week in 4
* Previous experience in residential / social housing maintenance
* Skilled and competent in all aspects of residential plumbing work
* You'll be a dependable and hard-working team member who is confident in dealing with residents in a friendly and professional manner.

The role comes with a van and fuel card, and you'll receive your work via a PDA device. The company also gives you great employee benefits.
