Job Information

We are looking for a cook to join us at Cobtree Manor Park Café. The ideal candidate will have some previous experience of working in a busy café environment and must be capable of working independently and as part of a team in a calm and organised fashion.

Duties to include, but not limited to:

· Preparing hot and cold food and drink

· Assisting with serving customers and processing payments as required

· Maintaining high standards of food safety and allergen awareness

· Carrying out opening and closing checks, maintaining daily temperature logs and updating the food safety diary

· Stock ordering and keeping orderly stock rotation

· Performing cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the café and outside table area

The position is customer focussed, so a friendly and respectful ‘here to help’ attitude is essential.
