Hours- Mon to Fri, 9am-5pm. (No Weekends)

Our client is looking to hire a confident and outgoing Client Service Advisor with substantial customer/client service experience for their team!

Responsibilities:



* Deliver top-notch customer service to both external and internal clients.
* Manage mail, allocate tasks, and handle diverse administrative duties.
* Maintain accurate spreadsheets.
* Handle calls professionally.

Requirements:

* Strong commitment to excellent customer service.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and accuracy-focused.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise efficiently.
* Previous experience in client services or administration
