Job Information

We are currently looking to recruit an Administrator, based in our clients offices in Ashford.

We require someone with excellent attention to detail, organisation and good telephone manner.

Hourly Rate: £12.11 per hour (£23,362) rising to £12.79 per hour (£24,682) after 6 months in the role.

Hours: Mon to Fri, 8AM to 4PM (No Weekends)

Hybrid available once Training is complete (3 days in office)

This is a long term temporary role with no end date, it's a great company to work for and they treat their temporary members of staff in the same way as permanent staff. (You will also be considered for any permanent positions that come up too)

As an Administrator, you will be:

* Operating office systems in order to process work maintain accurate records and access information
* Recording results of Leakage Investigation Surveys
* Recording errors in asset data directly onto the map
* Recording accurate information on accidental damage done by third parties
* Recording data on new or replacement pipes digitally as they are laid in the field
* Creating Locations for the Work orders to be captured
* Resolving enquiries from both internal/external sources, providing written and verbal responses as necessary

Full training will be provided, they are looking for someone with good IT and data entry skills with a strong eye for detail.
