Our client a vibrant and forward-thinking professional services firm is seeking a People and Culture Advisor role to join the team.

The role

* People partnering - be the first line of support for Managers and Employees.
* Contribute to a range of varied and exciting People projects to support delivering our people and company strategies.
* Be a culture ambassador.
* Help to build a high-performance workplace.
* Assist in managing the recruitment process.
* Champion and drive our strategies for employee engagement.

Experience needed

* 3 years+ of Generalist HR experience
* A solid understanding of UK employment law and employee relations matters
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and agile environment
* Proactive, hands on and high attention to detail.
