Hours -

8.15- 5.15 Monday - Thursday

08.15 - 4.45 Friday

Requirements -

* A confident and outgoing attitude.
* Strong technical skills.
* Customer Service/ Admin Experience.
* Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
* Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively

Responsibilities:

* Greet visitors and clients with a warm and welcoming attitude
* Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
* Respond to email inquiries
* Assist with administrative task
