Huntress are currently recruiting for a Senior Mortgage Servicing Officer to join our client based in Rochester on a permanent basis.

The role

* Communicate by telephone or in writing with customers, solicitors, or any third parties
* Ensuring timely and accurate financial activities,
* Support and mentor junior team members.

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience with mortgage servicing
* experience within a regulated mortgage environment
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Attention to detail
