Our client based in West Malling is looking for a Learning and Development Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis.

Essential skills:

* Experience within a Learning & Development or Organisational Development role
* Able to design training workshops/programmes.
* Can produce blended solutions for delivery in both face-to-face and virtual environments.
