Customer Service Assistant

Location: Gillingham

Salary: £20,000 plus a discretionary annual bonus opportunity of up to 12.5%

Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm (2 Saturdays a month 9am to 4pm, Time back in Lieu)



Our forward thinking, successful and proactive client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join their busy team based in Gillingham.



The Role:

Providing face to face customer service

Provide administrative and customer service support to the team

Working towards team targets

Updating customer records

Respond to all enquiries efficiently and in a timely manner

To provide an efficient and professional and courteous counter service

To demonstrate excellent communication skills face to face and via the telephone



Requirements:

Will have proven retail based customer service experience

Excellent communication skills

Be able to build a rapport with customers
