Job Summary: The HR Administrator will support the HR department by performing a range of administrative and clerical tasks, including maintaining employee records, scheduling interviews, coordinating employee training, and managing the recruitment process. The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital
* Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews and preparing new hire paperwork
* Coordinate and schedule employee training and development programs
* Assist with the administration of benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
* Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
* Maintain compliance with federal and state employment regulations
* Assist with employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions
* Prepare HR-related reports and presentations for management
* Perform general administrative duties, such as answering phones and responding to email inquiries

Qualifications:

* CIPD Level 3 or above
* 1-2 years of relevant work experience in HR administration or a related field
* Strong proficiency with HR management software and Microsoft Office
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of federal and state employment regulation
