Job Information

Job Title: Sales Administrator

Salary: £27-30,000

Location: Gravesend



Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain facility management for customers
* Process customer orders, credits, debits and invoices using SAP efficiently and effectively
* Checking and clearing of the SAP orders to ensure a proper process in the organisation is carried out
* Manage and oversee customer deliveries; provide updates regarding ETAs and stock availability
* Provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints swiftly to customers satisfaction when necessary



Key Requirements:

* Proficient in programs such as SAP, Salesforce and Excel; used on a daily basis
* Display great communication, relationship-building and influencing skills; competent in building customer relationships which inspire confidence and loyalty
